As October draws to close, so does the series of wellbeing initiatives I helped launch at Qodea with the help of the People team and Ashleigh Lauren Ferris Assoc CIPD, and I’m thrilled to share the highlights with you all.
We launched a global step challenge to encourage physical activity and friendly competition amongst our employees. To celebrate World Mental Health Day, I hosted a wellness webinar featuring our CEO Tom Ray, who shared his insights on prioritizing mental health.
It was a pleasure to also lead a mindfulness meditation session to help employees de-stress and find their zen. And to add some flexibility and balance to our routines, we’re hosting a virtual yoga class led by Devina Parekh from Hot Yoga Nottingham.
By investing in our employees’ physical and mental health, we’re fostering a culture of support, resilience, and overall well-being. I’m incredibly passionate about promoting wellbeing and it’s been rewarding to see the positive response to these initiatives.
