They say, when you have your health, you can have 1000s of problems, but when you don’t have your health, you have just one problem. A core tenet of my personal beliefs is that Health is Wealth and thus setting out challenges to improve in this regard had me sign up for the Dorney Lake 10k, which I successfully ran last week. 🏁
Only been running a few years, and it was with practice and determination, that in the week leading up to the race, I set my own 5k PB twice and went on to smash my 10k PB, under an hour would have been unfathomable just a few months ago. I have a half marathon to look forward to and build up to later in the year, come on! 💪🏽
