Gratitude

I’ve been familiar with the concept of gratitude for a while.

The idea to regularly journal what I’m grateful for popped up a few weeks/months ago.
I went with it and now keep a small diary trying to list at least 3 things daily.

Further conversations and discussions with peers as to why it is such a winning attitude has led me to sculpt a small workshop on its importance and I was recently able to deliver my first iteration. This was another one of those opportunities that just landed in my lap, a manifestation of positive intention.

I’ll share more details on these adventures later, for now, I’d like to know your thoughts on the topic.
